Your three files will need some good attention meaning that you will spend quality time reading through all that has been recorded in them, one at a time, while writing down any thing you notice that has to be dealt with. Negative accounts such as collections, late payments, charge-offs, court judgments and inquiries should be written down on a separate sheet of blank paper so that you will know what you need to work on.
Write dispute letters to each of the bureau that has a negative item listed on their report of you. You should avoid disputing more than one entry at a time because credit bureaus have a right to ditch your letter on the grounds of frivolity if you make complaints about more than one account on a single letter. What this means is that you'll be writing one letter for every negative account you want to challenge, and also repeat the same for the other two versions of your file.
Just because you're challenging a bad account with a particular reporting agency does not mean that it will take effect on the other two. They are very different from one another even though they perform the same function.
